About our Restaurant

Seasonally focused and locally sourced, our restaurant features daily and weekly rotating menus that bring you the freshest and finest of Hiriketiya’s natural abundance of healthy and delicious ingredients. We proudly source all of our produce from nearby farms, and as our own Tiny Farm House blossoms, we will shift to creating special menus solely based on what we grow ourselves. We work with local fishermen and villages to source all of our seafood.

What we currently offer in our restaurant

We highlight the best ingredients our coast has to offer, while providing contemporary and playful twists. We focus on small quantities of fresh regional elements and top quality when it comes to our meals. Breakfast options include vegan and gluten-free choices, such as smoothie bowls and homemade granola, as well as authentic avocado toast on our house-made sourdough bread that is baked daily. We serve fresh Illy coffee and espresso, as well as fine Sri Lankan teas and fresh juices from our local fruit. Homemade sourdough bread, burger buns, and other treats such as cheesecakes and fresh yogurt are delivered straight from our bakery located just down the road at Dots Surf Cafe.

A core principle of our restaurant is to maintain and promote a plastic-free lifestyle. We sell and utilize re-usable glass bottles for water, provide filtered water refilling stations, and avoid all plastic straws, cups, and utensils. We strive to encourage our visitors and local community to follow our example in taking on these small shifts that help towards a larger impact in eliminating plastic from our natural environment, especially our local beaches.

 
 
 
 

Yoga 

Tucked into the treetops of our peaceful property, our brand new yoga shala offers ocean and jungle views from every angle. Designed to draw your practice even closer to the natural world, Dots offers twice daily yoga classes fit for taking you deeper into your practice at any level.

Perfect for surfers, travelers, or anyone looking for a rejuvenating, invigorating experience, we invite all guests to try one of our classes with one of our experienced instructors.

Swimming Pool

Guests at Dots Bay House have access to our tranquil, guests-only swimming pool. Tucked into the far end of our property for maximum privacy, the pool is perfect for lounging, swimming, and relaxing. A pool-side bar service is also available, and check the schedule for events and pop-up sushi dinners here as well! Grab one of our craft cocktails or fresh-squeezed juices, and enjoy.
